The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who cares about building high-quality products and turning complex systems into reliable, intuitive solutions.
You’ll work on the core of SOURCIX’s SaaS platform and marketplace, collaborating closely with product, and AI teams. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership end-to-end: from understanding product requirements, to designing and implementing scalable solutions, and delivering features to production.
You’ll also be expected to operate at the forefront of modern development – leveraging AI tools and rapid, iterative “vibe coding” to move fast and build smarter in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
- Build, maintain, and scale modern web applications across frontend and backend
- Design and implement end-to-end features, from UI to backend services
- Translate product requirements into high-quality, reliable solutions
- Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the system
Product & User Experience
- Work closely with product and design to build efficient, user-focused workflows
- Bridge the gap between frontend experience and backend logic
- Simplify complex systems into clear and usable solutions
- Continuously improve based on feedback and data
Modern Development
- Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation tools) to improve productivity and code quality
- Iterate quickly, prototype when needed, and ship production-ready features
- Stay at the forefront of AI-driven development and modern engineering practices
Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineers across frontend, backend, and AI
- Work with APIs, databases, and data flows across the full stack
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience across both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar)
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system design
- Experience building and integrating production systems end-to-end
- Strong attention to detail and code quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Experience with scalable system design and architecture
- Experience building SaaS platforms or complex systems
- Familiarity with performance optimization across frontend and backend
