The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who cares deeply about building exceptional user experiences and turning complex systems into intuitive, high-performance interfaces.
You’ll work on the core frontend of SOURCIX’s SaaS platform and marketplace, collaborating closely with product, backend, and AI teams.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership end-to-end: from translating product requirements into seamless UI/UX, to implementing scalable frontend architecture and delivering polished features to production.
You’ll also be expected to operate at the forefront of modern development — leveraging AI tools, rapid iteration (“vibe coding”), and new frameworks to move fast and build smarter in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
Frontend Development & Architecture
- Build, maintain, and scale modern web applications using best-in-class frontend technologies
- Translate product and UX requirements into high-quality, responsive, and intuitive interfaces
- Own frontend features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Product & User Experience
- Work closely with product and design to create clean, efficient, and user-focused workflows
- Simplify complex systems into clear and usable interfaces
- Continuously improve UX based on feedback and data
AI-Driven Development & Vibe Coding
- Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation tools) to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Embrace rapid prototyping and iteration (“vibe coding”) to test ideas quickly
- Stay ahead of emerging frontend, AI, and tooling trends and bring them into the product
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data flows
- Work with data and AI teams to surface insights and build intelligent UI features
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience working with APIs and integrating frontend with backend systems
- Strong attention to detail and passion for UX/UI quality
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features
Nice to Have
- Experience in building SaaS platforms or complex web applications
- Familiarity with data visualization and real-time interfaces
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Knowledge of performance optimization and frontend architecture patterns
