Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for relevant vendors.
- Oversee global shipping logistics, ranging from express delivery to full container shipments by sea.
- Manage disputes and facilitate communication between clients and vendors.
- Develop and optimize internal workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the mechanical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving project objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships across various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Technical proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand technical documentation.
