At SOURCIX, we are revolutionizing the procurement of custom mechanical components through AI-driven technology. Our platform streamlines sourcing, vendor management, and pricing analysis to optimize procurement processes worldwide.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy across all channels, with a strong emphasis on B2B, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and SaaS growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams to shape and communicate our brand story, drive demand, and build the foundation for scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing leader with a strong track record in early-stage startups, capable of being a one-person marketing team while leveraging third-party providers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:  Own and drive SOURCIX’s short- and long-term marketing strategy—from high-level positioning to campaign-level execution.
  • Messaging & Storytelling: Craft compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates our unique value proposition to technical and business audiences.
  • Go-to-Market: Define and implement GTM plans for our SaaS and marketplace offerings, aligning closely with product and sales initiatives.
  • ABM Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in sync with sales, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive messaging, aligned priorities, and impactful outreach strategies.
  • Growth & Demand Generation: Lead demand generation efforts through paid media, content marketing, email outreach, and digital campaigns.
  • Scalability & Resources: Operate as a solo marketer while identifying when and where to scale using external agencies, freelancers, or future team hires.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to continuously refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in SaaS and ABM environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working in early-stage startups, ideally as the first marketing hire or a solo marketer.
  • Strong background in positioning technical products to both engineering and procurement audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with building and running GTM campaigns, including sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with experience operating in global markets.
