Position Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity and loves turning complex workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences. You’ll own design end-to-end across our SaaS platform and marketplace, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operations to design how buyers and vendors interact with SOURCIX.

This is an opportunity to shape the core product experience of a high-impact product used by hardware engineers, procurement managers, buyers, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

UX/UI and Interaction Design

• Transform broad conceptual ideas into useful solutions valuable for users.
• End to end design; create flows, prototypes, and experiences that clarify complexity, turning intricate processes into intuitive, usable and modern interfaces.
• Establish, document, and maintain the company’s foundational design system and UI component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in development.

Research & Autonomy

• Conduct usability tests; validate assumptions and reduce friction.
• Confidently make all tactical and complex UX/UI decisions based on best practices and design rationale.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with other teams to deliver high-quality, implementable designs.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and internal learnings.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a marketplace, B2B SaaS, or workflow products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, strategic thinking, UX, your process and aesthetically pleasing UIs across a variety of complex UX problems.
• Ability to work autonomously, hands-on, and thrive in a fast moving startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with engineering and product.
• Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI-driven, dashboards, workflow tools, or marketplace products.
• Background or exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or hardware.
