The Role


We are looking for our first HR Manager to build and lead the people function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and wants to make a real impact early on. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to support company growth, attract top talent, build scalable HR foundations, and help shape SOURCIX’s culture as we scale.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition


  • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and growth plans.
  • Build and continuously improve hiring processes to ensure speed, quality, and consistency.

HR Foundations & Operations


  • Build and own core HR processes, policies, and infrastructure from scratch.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance processes.
  • Ensure HR operations scale effectively as the company grows.


People Partnership & Culture


  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership on people-related topics.
  • Support managers with workforce planning, team development, and performance conversations.
  • Help shape, define, and scale company culture, values, and ways of working.

Execution & Ownership


  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach to solving people and organizational challenges.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience working in startups or fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent market and recruitment best practices.
  • A true “can-do” attitude with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves


  • Experience building HR processes and infrastructure from scratch.
  • Experience supporting early-stage or scaling startups.
  • Exposure to HR operations beyond recruitment (performance, engagement, culture initiatives).
